    The spindle of MachSensing® is covered with sensing components, and each sensing component can provide feedback on the bending moment force, axial force, torsion force, and temperature applied to the tool in any direction. The data is transmitted through wireless communication to enable users to collect precise machining data, facilitate observation of machining situations, and conduct subsequent research and analysis. MachSensing can provide high-precision sensing capabilities even in harsh detection environments with high-speed rotation of machining operations, high temperatures, and humidity.

    Application Fields

    MachSensing can be applied to all machining measurements, including milling, tapping, grinding, drilling, and even friction stir welding for tool life monitoring. The measured data shows the physical phenomena of the cutting tool or grinding wheel can be monitored in real-time, and the process can be recorded. Direct connection to the controller achieves high-level intelligent manufacturing, and the following applications are extended:
